Each one is served in a warm, crusty roll that's toasted from the inside out on a custom spike grill, then filled from the top with chef-crafted toppings. It’s comfort food with our twist - and a seriously unforgettable bite. To create each of these Haute Dogs we had to cut off a portion of the roll to stuff them. We use all of these ends to create a signature meatball and sausage and pepper shorty sandwiches...which are all made in house.

While hot dog–style sausages trace their origins to Denmark, they’ve long been enjoyed as beloved street food throughout Europe, especially in cities like Paris, where vendors serve them steps from iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower. That blend of simplicity, craft, and everyday indulgence became the inspiration behind Haute Dog - and the reason for our name.
